Hello everyone! I recently assembled a PC for the first time. The construction process went smoothly, but after just over a day of operation I’m facing crashes during GPU usage. It started while playing games, where the screen would freeze and the only solution was resetting the system with the power button. Surprisingly, audio continued to play. Later, during testing I discovered these crashes could be triggered by running the Cinebench GPU benchmark. After resetting, a motherboard indicator lit up indicating a memory problem, but replacing the RAM didn’t resolve it and actually made things crash slightly sooner. This light appears whenever the system shuts down after pressing the power button. My specifications are: CPU Ryzen 7700x, Motherboard MSI B650-P Wifi, BIOS version E7D78AMS.1C0 (this seems to match the latest MSI release), RAM 2x16GB G.Skill Flare X5 DDR5-6000, GPU XFX Speedster SWFT 319 rx6800, PSU Seasonic Focus GX 750W. I’d really appreciate any advice on how to tackle this issue.

Does it activate and remain active until you restart, or does it power on during startup and shut down once the system boots? If the latter is correct, that's normal. If it's the former, it suggests a memory problem and you should perform a stress test. Initially, I'd try DDU in safe mode and reinstall drivers to rule out a driver-related issue.

Thanks for the guidance! It appears the LED activates only when the system shuts down and turns off during startup, which matches what you observed during regular reboots. That confirms your understanding is accurate. I proceeded with DDU to remove the drivers and encountered an unusual error during reinstallation stating that no AMD GPU was detected. This seems contradictory since my monitor is connected to an AMD GPU. I decided to power down everything and replaced the GPU, suspecting a hardware issue. After that, I successfully reinstalled the drivers. Right now I'm testing performance with Cinebench; it's been running for about five minutes so far. I plan to let it run for roughly half an hour before sleeping, as it's 2 a.m. and I need rest. I'll share my final result tomorrow—either it worked for 30 minutes or it crashed.
