Hello, I need some helpful guidance. I've been experiencing several issues with my PC recently.
I'm seeing a black screen (the display isn't showing) and the system freezes whenever I have to manually reboot it.
This happens most often during gaming sessions like GTA V, RDR2, or Company of Heroes 3.
It works normally when just browsing or when idle.
The temperatures during idle and gaming are within acceptable ranges.
I've tried a few fixes: reset the BIOS to defaults, updated Windows and the BIOS, removed the DDU graphics drivers, and ran memtest86 without finding any errors.
I discovered that recreating the screen freeze might be possible by running Cinebench or IntelBurnTest.
If I run OCCT Power Test, my PC crashes immediately when I press start.
Performance tests show my system completes well with Furmark and UNIGINE Benchmarks.
My hardware specs are:
Intel Core i5 12600K
Gigabyte AORUS GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
Noctua NH-U12S chromax.black
G.Skill TridentZ RGB Series - 32GB: 2 sticks 3600mhz
Gigabyte Z690 GAMING X DDR4 - 1.0
Gigabyte P750GM
I suspect my power supply unit (PSU) might be the root cause since it's a Tier F power supply, as I understand.
Would appreciate any advice that could help identify the source of these problems.
Cheers, Nick

What BIOS version are you using for your motherboard?
Gigabyte P750GM
This power supply is often considered a problem in the tech world.
I have a thought: maybe my PSU is the cause of my issues, since it’s a Tier F power supply.
I’m seeking advice to identify what might be wrong.
I’ve borrowed a well-built PSU from a friend or neighbor that provides 750W and want to see if the problem improves.

Motherboard Bios model F30
The power supply seems to be acting like a disaster, honestly
I might consider borrowing a PSU, but I’m also thinking about purchasing a new one just in case

Press Win+Ctrl+Shift+B as well as try Roll Back Drivers. Right-click on the display adapter suspected of causing the black screen issue, then open Properties. Locate the Driver tab, choose Roll Back Driver, and confirm with “Yes” to start the operation. After completing the process, restart the computer.

I'll attempt it again, though I don't believe it's a GPU driver problem. I've tried Win+Ctrl+Shift+B, but it doesn't work for me yet. I'll try it on my next black screen.
