Your PC is displaying a BSOD, freezing, and requiring a forced restart. I've received the screenshot and log file. It might be related to the recent AMD driver update or the new GPU installation. The error entries suggest issues with critical components. Consider checking for conflicts or hardware failures.

It might be a simple issue with Insider. Beta versions aren't always reliable. If that’s the case, storage could be the culprit since it can’t generate dump files. Several factors could cause this, but bad storage is the primary concern. Another possibility is insufficient space—because it wipes all RAM data, you’ll need at least 3-4GB of free memory. Since it writes to the page file, setting its size appropriately is essential. Encrypting the drive using BitLocker would block access during dumps because the process happens outside Windows. If any of these conditions apply, try resolving them and check for dump files. The flashing BSOD screen is just a visual glitch linked to using a monitor with higher than 1080p resolution—it has nothing to do with the crash itself. You likely have multiple drives, but the most likely culprit is the drive hosting the page file (often CSmile. If unsure, run the PowerShell command: Get-CimInstance -ClassName Win32_PageFileUsage -Property * and look for "C:\pagefile.sys" to identify the suspect.
