I just returned from home yesterday and powered on my PC. It shut down quickly, restarted, and then looped endlessly. There was no display time; the screen went black instantly. The keyboard and mouse lights came on but nothing else responded. I attempted a CMOS reset and swapped different RAM modules, but it didn’t help. Using my older ASUS motherboard with matching specs resolved the issue. Could it be the motherboard itself, even though it’s new?

Sorry, I don't have another psu. I would've done that.

Also, I have debug lights on my motherboard. It works fine through RAM, boot, and CPU, but before shutting it down it stops at the VGA (white LED). I tried my old GPU and it's still the same, so it's not the GPU. Could be the PCI-E slot?
