PC experienced a delay following its hibernation period.
My PC entered hibernation and after waking up, games ran very slowly at 1-20 fps while the system felt sluggish overall. No matter how intense the game, CPU and GPU temperatures stayed the same and fans didn’t speed up. It seems like they’re not working harder than when idle, possibly due to some bottleneck. I tried 3DMark but it kept showing "detecting system info." The PC appears to function normally but runs slowly. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Thanks for the update. Yes, I performed a power cycle several times. I also conducted a virus scan just to be sure, and ran a clean-up tool. Everything looks normal in the BIOS settings.
