PC doesn't post ?

Hi All,
Mobo is using an X299 ROG gaming PC. The left PC was off for around 6 hours AFK and now the screens are turned off and won't power on. I restarted it but still no results. Swapped the graphics cards with another machine that works fine, but nothing changes. All displays are functioning on a different PC. Mobo's post code is AA. Could you please let me know if you need more details.

I was thinking about clearing CMOS and attempting to remove RAM sticks one by one, but if you're seeing valid postcodes that shouldn't be the problem. Are you certain your PSU's PCI pin connector is functioning properly?

Fans and RGB operate normally even on a nonfunctioning PC, showing identical behavior in the test machine. Each component appears to function correctly except for the fact that the PC won't boot.

Fun fact. The system seemed a bit confused. It might be related to disabling drives after a while in Windows. Ideally, turning off that setting in the power plan would help.
