PC crashes unexpectedly and without warning
Hello,
Some time ago, one of my PCs began experiencing strange problems—completely shutting down, losing power to all ports, and fans increasing noise. This issue only appeared during a specific game, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. It’s not a CPU-heavy application, and I’m puzzled as to why it happens. Another observation is that it only occurs when I’m on the menu screen; it doesn’t happen in other games, leaving me confused about what’s going on. I understand my PC isn’t top-notch, but another one (which is much worse) runs CS:GO smoothly. I’ve shared my system details below and would value any advice you can provide.
OS: Windows 11 Pro 64-bit
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3400G
RAM: 16.0GB Dual-channel @ 1328MHz (16-18-18-38)
Motherboard: ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0 (AM4):
Graphics: 2048MB ATI AMD Radeon RX Vega 11 Graphics (ATI)
PSU: 450W
Thanks in advance,
Tiaan

They likely obtained it through Steam, which is the sole source for it.
