Hi, from about a year ago you mentioned your PC frequently crashed until it stopped working, then it would restart and you'd have to force it to crash again. It's a prebuilt MSI MPG B460 Trident A (MS-B926) with an i5-10400F CPU and a 3060 Ti GPU. When I checked the crash logs, I found an issue with the nvdia graphics driver, but no matter which drivers I tried, they all caused the PC to freeze or show a black screen.

The i5-10400F lacks built-in graphics, meaning you can't detach the RTX 3060Ti and connect it to the motherboard. Are you sure you don’t have another PCIe GPU card available for testing instead? If your power supply remains functional, the next step would be to replace your current Windows boot drive (and any other disks) with a budget SATA SSD—any model with 120GB or more should suffice. The most affordable options start near $12.

Download the newest Windows ISO, burn it onto a USB drive, and install a fresh Windows copy on the SATA SSD. If the issue continues, it’s likely a hardware problem. If it resolves, the fault may be software-related.

You can also run a full MemTest86 test from USB for several hours to check RAM integrity. Disable XMP settings or replace faulty RAM if errors appear.

If you need further assistance, consider visiting a local repair shop or checking if your device is still covered under warranty.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. I appreciate you following the advice given to you. Unfortunately, after contacting MSI support and a nearby repair shop, the issue persists—my computer restarts repeatedly before crashing. It seems like a Windows-related problem. I’ll try your suggestions and thank you again for your patience.

Hi guys, while I'm trying the fixes you suggested, I'm sending you the link to some screenshots of the debug of the dump. Maybe that will help you get more information.

Nope, nothing seems to work. It might be a faulty or broken graphics card, though it happens unexpectedly. Could there be other possibilities?
