It might be a recognized problem with multi-monitor configurations. Try using just one monitor temporarily to check if the issue persists. If you've recently overclocked anything, consider disabling it as well. (They mention "frame drop," but I've noticed more problems than that.)

I understood you, though the wording is quite different. It seems they didn’t break anything, and even though I don’t have VRR, both screens might be connected via Freesync. When I had to reinstall drivers, everything switched back to Windows drivers.
