Recently, a fresh problem has appeared within the last few days, making it hard to pinpoint the cause. Every couple of days I play a game and my PC crashes shortly after running it for a short time. The screen goes dark and the fans stop working as though the system has shut down, yet my RAM remains lit. I can’t turn off the PC without cutting power entirely. Temperatures during gameplay don’t seem excessively high, and I’ve tried using a different hard drive. A fresh Windows install was completed, but the issue continues. I’ve updated the NVIDIA drivers and switched to Studio drivers to see if that resolves the problem, but it still crashes.

I’m at a point where I don’t know what to do next. My PC didn’t show any warning signs beforehand, and there were no obvious parts failures. I’ve attached a link to the HWINFO log from when I attempted testing, along with a dxdiag file containing system details.

Thank you for your help!

Check for any logs in the Windows Event Viewer, likely indicating Kernel Power 41 or another issue. Consider removing one stick of RAM at a time to identify faulty components and run memtest86 for data integrity. Additionally, perform system stress tests using AIDA 64 and OCCT to observe performance changes. Also, what are your typical temperatures? Are you adjusting overclocking settings?
