Can you provide your PC specifications? It might be related to power supply strength. How many hard drives do you have? Which graphics card are you using? What temperature is the PC operating at while gaming? Could overheating be causing crashes? Are you using a cooler? Please reseat it and apply new thermal paste.

I had a replay from Nvidia before the crash occurred. The temperature was 65 degrees with 99% usage. I think high temps affect performance and cause crashes. I increased the fan speed at 50% CPU usage and will check the results.

At 65 degrees and 99% usage it’s not too high, but it’s very good. But increasing the fan speed might help. If you’re seeing 100% usage even without overclocking, please check your task manager. Open it under Processes, click CPU, and look for programs using the most resources. When the game is open, it shows around 70%, but with fast mouse movement it can rise to 88%. What game are you playing?

Can you provide your PC specifications? It might be related to power. Your power supply could be insufficient. How many hard drives do you have? Which graphics card are you using? What temperature is the system operating at while gaming? This could be due to heat affecting performance. Are you using a cooler? You should reset the cooler and apply new thermal paste.

I had a replay from Nvidia before the crash occurred. The temperature was 65 degrees with 99% usage. I think high temperatures cause crashes. I increased the fan speed when the CPU reached 50 and will monitor the results.

At 65 degrees during 99% load is not extreme—it’s actually quite manageable. However, increasing the fan speed might help. If you’re experiencing usage reaching 100% even without overclocking, check your task manager for processes using the CPU. Open Task Manager, go to the Processes tab, and click on the CPU section to see which program is consuming the most resources.

When the game is open, I see usage around 70%, but when I quickly move my mouse it jumps to about 88%. What game are you playing?

You asked for a list of your PC specifications. It might be the power supply isn’t strong enough. How many hard drives are connected? Which graphics card are you using? What temperature is your PC at while gaming? Could overheating be causing crashes? Are you using any cooler? You should reset the cooler and apply fresh thermal paste.

I had a Nvidia replay before the crash, showing a temperature of 65°C with 99% usage. That suggests the CPU starts failing when it gets that hot. I increased the fan speed at 50°C and it worked.

Right now you’re seeing up to 100% usage even without overclocking. Check Task Manager—look at the CPU tab. It sometimes shows a low percentage when the game is running, but actually uses more. For Overwatch, usage is normal; see the link for details. Don’t worry too much.
