Hello.
I’m experiencing an unusual issue with my PC that I’m not sure about its cause.
During a game session, the system crashes and the GPU fans reach maximum speed. The RGB lighting on the case remains active, indicating it’s not a complete system failure. This occurred twice.
All drivers are current, and generally the system runs smoothly except for those games—Diablo 2 Resurrected and Dragon Age Inquisition—that caused the crash. I play more demanding titles without issues.
I suspect the PSU eco mode might be enabled by mistake, but I’m not sure if that’s the real problem.
My PC specifications are: Windows 11, Ryzen 5 7500F, RTX 4070TI, Asrock B650e PG Riptide WIFI, 32GB RAM (DRD5, 6400MHz), one 1TB SSD, two 2TB HDDs, and a 512NVME drive. The PSU is an 1000W FSP power supply.

What method are you using to cool the processor? What is the case model you're using? Regarding your motherboard, which BIOS version are you running? For your specifications, you mentioned a Kingston kit—could you share a link to the RAM kit?

Hi.
I'm using Deepcool AG620 Addressable RGB to cool it down. My PC case is from Deepcool, but I don't have the exact model number. The case has four fans and I've removed the side panel. It's a standard type of case. In Cinebench R23 during a multi-core test, temperatures for 10 minutes were around 78°C. I think that's too high for this kind of CPU cooler, though I'm not sure.

The RAM is Kingston FURY Renegade RGB 16GB DDR5 6400MHz CL32.
I'm not sure about the MOBO BIOS settings.
And I'm a bit worried if my writing has any mistakes, because my English isn't very strong.
