Details: System runs Windows 10 64-bit, uses ROG Dark Hero Crosshair motherboard, AMD Ryzen 9 5900X processor, GIGABYTE AORUS Radeon RX 9070 XT with 16GB, Elite 16G drive setup, WD_BLACK SN770 1TB NVMe x4, HGST HTS721010A9E630 1TB SATA 6Gb/s, PC SN530 NVMe x4, Corsair CMH32GX4M2D3600C18 RAM, 750W XPG Core Reactor PSU. Problem: PC disconnects from monitors and freezes under light load. Freezes occur when idle, not during gaming. Key symptoms: keyboard and mouse disconnect, occasional crashes during background YouTube playback, burn-in test passed but issue resurfaces. No clear error logs beyond shutdown warnings possibly from power switch changes.
It could be related to a power supply issue. When the load is light, excessive voltage may trigger over-voltage protection.
