Unusual behavior where my RGB lighting parts flicker on and off. This only happens in Windows. In the BIOS they were fine before. Even if I didn’t install anything, it suddenly stopped updating the changes I made and then changed back to what I set but kept flashing. The lights functioned properly for a while, then the issue came back. My PC runs smoothly—no crashes or performance drops. High-end specs: 4090, 12900k, Z690 + etc.

Refresh the BIOS settings and chipset drivers on your motherboard. Install the latest graphics card drivers. Look for available firmware updates for your RGB lighting parts. Verify compatibility between iCUE and other installed software. Test connecting your RGB components to a different header on the motherboard.
