I own six fans on my current PC 3 at the top, all functioning properly. The three front ones stopped working after I updated to Gigabyte Control Center; they still have power but don’t spin. Based on the video, it seems the issue might be with the settings or the motherboard. If you take off the back panel to expose the PMW controller, unplug the fans and plug them back in again, it could resolve the problem. The software also appears to cause your keyboard to fail in one USB port—fixing this involved a soft reset of files. A full factory reset might help if that doesn’t work. I own a gigabyte motherboard where the upper three fans belong to another brand compared to the three that don’t spin. I attempted adjusting speeds via BIOS, but it didn’t help. System fan 1 manages the top three, while fan 3 oversees the remaining three. The file IMG_1491.mov appears to be related.

Verify that the Molex or SATA power connectors are securely attached to the controller.
