I assembled a PC some time ago. I didn’t focus much on the case or cooling, and now I’m wondering if I made a mistake with the enclosure. Does this design allow proper airflow? Could it overheat without an AIO cooler? The model is Xigmatek Eros. It looked nice and was on sale, so I went for it.

Depends on what your putting in it. So what components have you bought? (It's probably fine for most stuff tbh just not ideal, no need to replace it unless you've gone quite high end)

This setup includes a dedicated exhaust fan, CPU cooler, and intake fan. It should not negatively impact performance.

The only sure way to know is to assemble the PC and begin gaming. If temperatures remain under 90 then it clearly isn't impacting performance. However, honestly, considering the hardware you mentioned, I wouldn't expect any significant slowdown beyond what benchmarks and stress tests show.
