You might want to wait for 14th gen, its releasing soon. A 14600 non k would be a great choice. Or you might have price cuts on 13th gen parts...

FWIW: Intel typically doesn't reduce prices for older models when new ones launch.
New items are priced alike yet offer better value due to enhanced performance.
For premium products, sellers may also charge more initially from buyers.

We are noticing bundle offers and reductions for the 12th generation components now. There are whispers about the 14th generation costing 15% higher, but should that occur, AMD's price-to-performance will no longer be attractive. I think it would be wise to wait and observe if there are any changes.
