Check Newegg Canada for current combo offers. Consider Intel G or I3 models. In a few weeks you'll see Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals. Sooner or later those promotions will appear. You might find a pre-built Dell or HP within your budget. If it's pre-built, it usually comes with a standard case and power supply. Once you have the money, upgrade the power supply and add a gaming GPU. Also, ask friends and family for prepaid credit cards—use them wisely for PC components. Personally, I saved my Xmass cash in savings and waited for the APU version of Ryzen.

It's definitely not within your budget. Also, the F1 with the FX4300 at 60fps is misleading. While it might occasionally hit over 60fps, more often it stays around 40fps or drops below 30. Would that option you mentioned be possible to get battlefield or similar titles running at higher frame rates? With some details?
