I don't have prior experience with that cpu, but after searching online, those temperatures seem elevated. You may want to re-seat the CPU cooler and check if it lowers them.

The OC profile was installed in BIOS, but I could try a fresh install and reattach the CPU cooler as suggested. Currently idle at 43°C and 80°C during load without the OC profile.

If you have the chance to wait two months, I would consider the RTX 5070 Super, RTX 5070 Ti Super or 5080 Super.
