PC boot looping

The issue is that my PC keeps looping during startup and won’t boot properly. The first time I fixed it, it showed an error indicating the OC crashed, but after a few days the same happened again, and now it doesn’t start at all.
My specs are: MB - Z77A GD65, CPU - i5 2550K, GPU - GTX 660Ti.
What I attempted:
- Removed the battery and tried to fix it.
- Tried disconnecting the battery for a while.
- Switched from BIOS to BIOS without any noticeable changes.
- Checked all components except the CPU and motherboard, using another machine.
- Tested every possible component with different memory sticks and configurations.
- Restarted CMOS by placing a pin from another computer on my board, but nothing changed.
- The monitor displays these codes during boot: 19-15-30-56-46-49-55-4F-03-10-19-15, then shuts off.
What could be wrong and what else can be tried?

Did you try to resolve it? I have the same MB and the identical issue. Were you sure you needed a fix?
