I needed to lower my system's speed from 3600 to avoid boot loops. This might be related to a chip issue or a CPU problem. In the past, I also reduced my RAM speed to 3000 for smoother performance.

You may want to try a different CPU or motherboard, or contact RMA for support. Regarding memory, it seems like the RAM is likely faulty. I experienced the same problem and fixing it with a different brand RAM resolved the issue.

The motherboard won't boot at 3.0 GHz or higher. A BIOS update might help. If it's a hardware problem, you might be stuck until the issue is fixed. You recently purchased all components, so it could be related to that.
