Pc Boot loop
I recently constructed a personal computer utilizing repurposed components, including a second-hand power supply unit. Despite the unconventional nature of the source parts, the system successfully initiated upon powering it on. However, following approximately three to four seconds, a black screen appeared and the device began rapidly rebooting in a continuous cycle. I meticulously checked all connections, specifically the memory modules, central processing unit, and power supply cables, implementing every troubleshooting step available. The system specifications are as follows: an Intel Core i5-4590 processor, 12 gigabytes of RAM – consisting of one 8 gigabyte module operating at 1600 megahertz and 1.35 volts, and another 4 gigabyte module running at 1333 megahertz and 1.5 volts; a Radeon RX570 ROG Strix OC graphics card; a B85m-HDS motherboard; and a POWERBOX ATX-550W power supply.
The power supply was verified using a paperclip, and the method proved effective.
