Each time I attempt to update my computer, it crashes with a blue screen, and even after restarting, I’m confused about the problem. I suspect it might be related to outdated components, but I’m not sure what’s wrong. I’m uncertain about the motherboard or RAM configuration. My system runs Windows 10 64-bit on an AMD 7 processor with an AMD RX 550 graphics card, 16 GB of RAM, and a 1700 MHz CPU.
If the screen remains, try pressing the restart button on your PC and it should start up properly. When you turn it off using a power cut or similar method, it may keep looping until you fix the issue by restarting it correctly. If it doesn’t boot normally anymore, please inform us.
