Hello everyone
Could you assist with this situation? In my organization, the technical support team must apply a BIOS password to every computer. However, half of the staff work remotely, so it’s challenging for technicians to access the machines from the main office via the internet. Would it be feasible to use a smartphone to mimic a USB keyboard and connect to the computers, or perhaps employ a robotic button controlled online? I value any suggestions you might have and appreciate your help. Thank you!

Remote workers receive the necessary equipment. Each worker gets a set up PC, which is then updated and passed along to the next person in line.

It's strange they configured a BIOS password for remote staff that many employees are unaware of. This approach seems ineffective, as it doesn't properly secure the system and leaves computers vulnerable. They should have focused on encryption instead of setting a BIOS password.
