My friend had already inquired about the issue, but we haven't found a resolution yet. We removed the GPU and relocated the RAM to A2 B2. Nothing has changed. Here are the specifications once more:
i5-10600K CPU
Gigabyte B560M Mobo
Rtx 3060 GPU
16 GB crucial RAM
Deepcool AK500 Cooler
PSU Gps-700a8
Patriot P210 SSD
Darkflash DK360 Case
LG monitor 60Hz

I have reinitialized the motherboard BIOS but nothing has changed. I've connected the PSU to a temporary setup. I only purchased a new motherboard and a newer CPU.

When your motherboard includes built-in graphics, take out the GPU and test whether it functions properly by connecting to the HDMI port on the board.
