PC began stuttering unexpectedly.
Hi, your PC seems to stutter intermittently every second for about half a second. This isn’t unusual, but it could indicate a minor issue. I checked your drivers and ran a virus scan—both passed. The problem persists even after closing all programs. It might be worth investigating further.
I can't post images or screenshots directly. However, I can help you capture and share a GPU Z-screen if you provide the necessary details or instructions.
CPU: Intel® Core i7-7700K at 4.20GHz

Sorry if this doesn't answer your question, I'm not very familiar with computers. It was originally created by Cyber Power, and the only things I see are crossfire technology, Nvidia SLI, and Ultra M.2. That might help a little, sorry. I can try to take a picture if that would be useful.
You can simply download and install CPUz, then navigate to the mainboard sections—it works similarly.
You might attempt to remove the driver via DDU, obtain NVFlash, update your GPU BIOS, restart, install the new Intel chipset driver, and apply the latest NVIDIA driver. Follow the NVFlash tutorial. I recommend downloading everything from the link above and disconnecting internet access beforehand. Reconnect once everything is complete.
