For a workstation, I’d choose a system with 3900x and either 32GB or 64GB of RAM.

I’ll review your options and suggest the best fit for your budget. For a lower budget, the Midrange model is recommended. For a high-end build, the XctDb8 is ideal. If you prefer a cost-effective choice, the Rwv9q3 works well. Let me know if you’d like me to adjust anything based on your needs.

The chosen CPU isn't compatible with the selected motherboard. A good alternative would be a rog strix b550f gaming, featuring an AM4 connector. Strx4 is a specialized socket type that wouldn't fit a 3950x chipset.

It seems the cooler won't fit due to the RAM placement, and the 3950x tends to get hot, so using water is recommended.

Yes, you can install the AMD Ryzen 9 3950X 3.5 GHz 16-core processor onto a Gigabyte TRX40 AORUS PRO WIFI ATX with the sTRX4 motherboard. Just ensure the system meets the required specifications and perform any necessary updates.

It seems the motherboard supports a TRX40M connector, while the CPU requires an AM4 interface.
