My GTA V appears quite poor no matter the settings I adjust. I notice textures fade at a distance, sometimes lampposts seem to turn into jagged shapes, and vehicles display rough, flickering surfaces that don’t look solid. I’ve experimented with Normal, High detail, and applied effects like FXAA and MSAA. My thought was the absence of MSAA (due to my lower specs) might be the cause, but even with 4x MSAA it still doesn’t improve the appearance. This issue only appeared after I started playing, not when I first began. I’m running a 15.7 driver on a 260X.

If your description matches, the absence of anisotropic filtering in textures is noted.

I don’t have any ATM access, so I’m reinstalling the game to check. I’ve used 8x and 16x without any improvement. It still doesn’t exceed 70°C.

I hope the link functions, but those images don’t clearly highlight the issue. Upon closer inspection, it seems the problem is about ten times worse when playing. A reinstall didn’t resolve it, and it’s difficult for me to enjoy the game since it strains my eyes.

As I said, the picture lost their quality. No, definetly 1080p, http://www.cnet.com/products/benq-g2220h...ies/specs/ This is the one I have. I use it because I got it for free

It doesn't appear any issues on the pictures. Everything seems fine.
