I was in the shower and came out to my PC with issues, trying to restart but facing a frightening screen each time I launch it.
I have important work data on my PC that I need urgently. Can anyone please help me?

Do you notice your storage drive with the OS installed, appearing in the BIOS's Boot Device/Order Priority list? You're using Windows 10 or 11?
Check this;

Also for clarity, I'm using Windows 11. The NVME was installed, but after fixing all the bootrec issues, it shows zero Windows installs—how could that happen? Also, my other hard drive isn't showing up at all.

I can't resolve the boot issue. It displays "access denied." Checking the discs, one drive is absent and another is fully occupied? When I press list volume, what does it show?

You are currently running CMD with administrative privileges, and you need to restart the system to resolve the boot issue.

It didn't function properly, but it's important to mention that following the steps from the second video in the initial response has led to a completely different error now.

i don't believe it will be very effective, but keep going—there are still some actions to take. please try typing sfc /scannow and also run chkdsk *: /f, which is for your drive letter.

I attempted most of these steps but it hasn't helped. I'm really confused.
