Run sfc /scannow and verify it's clear without errors. If successful, proceed with chkdsk /f/r/x to detect any corruption. Consider resetting the CMOS, which may require adjustments for gaming and productivity. Just a suggestion.

Have you experimented with a single stick of RAM? Or have you installed Windows on the alternative SSD? If you re-run memtest and let it complete fully, what do you notice?
