Hello, I've faced a similar issue recently with Windows 10. The problem starts when you reach the login screen on Windows. The computer freezes for about 30 seconds to a minute, allowing mouse movement but causing jumps intermittently. This happens within games in the first few minutes of launching them. Once a game runs, it repeats every 30 seconds to a minute while the PC freezes and sound stops. I was able to record it using ShadowPlay so you can see exactly what's happening. A YouTube video shows two clips, with the second beginning at 0:55. During these pauses, I can press buttons, move the mouse, but everything is delayed. It only occurs once when I restart the game or open another one. Previously, in December, I used Windows 11 instead of Windows 10, and the issue persisted, worsening over time. Back then, login freezes didn't occur on Windows 10. My system specs are: Ryzen 9 7950X, ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 4090, 24GB OC, 32GB RAM, Corsair DOMINATOR PLATINUM RGB DDR5 6000, Expo I active, ASUS ROG CROSSHAIR X670E (BIOS v. 1904). All drivers are up to date; W11 version 23H2. Please help identify the cause.

Based on the details you provided, it seems you're using an SSD for booting. Yes, you should be able to carry out a clean installation.

The operating system is running on a Samsung 970 Pro 1TB drive. It was just installed with the standard software and all necessary drivers.
