PC activates following the relocation of the GPU!
I've never experienced this before. I really don't know where to look or what to check. My computer only starts when I slightly adjust the GPU or the cable. I also tried moving it to a different PCIe slot, but the same problem occurred. I changed the power cable to another port and followed the same steps, but it still doesn't work properly. Sometimes I move it for 5-10 minutes until it functions, otherwise it takes seconds. The GPU light is blue when it's connected correctly, but when it's not properly connected (I did that intentionally), it shows red. I've changed RAM sticks and adjusted their positions, but temperatures still don't affect it. It powers on normally but often causes a blue screen of death. It restarts after a few seconds, which is annoying since I have to turn it on daily.
When I first turned it on, my GPU was disabled. After checking in Device Manager, restarting it resolved the issue. I'm still confused and would appreciate any advice.

Pressing the POWER ON button doesn't show anything initially. After a slight movement of the GPU up and down, it starts working immediately. The process usually takes 5 to 10 minutes for the GPU to activate.
The pins on the GPU resemble small connectors or sockets, designed to interface with various components.
