I was thinking about purchasing those games, but it would halve the worth of my PC. It's not your responsibility—I realized this computer is an upgrade from a 2 GB RAM and 2-core older machine.

I don't believe you'll encounter a CPU bottleneck in Fortite unless you're targeting around 150-300 FPS. Minecraft seems fine for 60fps. CSGO might cause issues if you're aiming for high frame rates (200-300). Photoshop and Premiere are nearly always CPU-intensive.

i don't try to go faster than 75 fps because of my screen,

Since Photoshop and Premiere don't heavily rely on your GPU, performance mainly depends on your CPU's strength, leading to a CPU bottleneck.
