As I mentioned, the stock cooler should work, though an aftermarket cooler would definitely outperform it. These options are solid.
Just set your bios to enable PBO and use a cooler that works well with your stock cooler. It helps performance more on MSI boards, especially when using game boost. The setting might be called something slightly different depending on the board model. When you exit BIOS, it usually confirms PBO is enabled with a specific option.
