I completed a full system restart about a week ago and now want to turn on PBO. It seems performance hasn’t improved since the reset, with CPU running below one GHz when PHP is enabled. I’m using the latest BIOS.

Execute HWinfo while running a game to observe CPU temperatures and clock speeds. Task manager data isn't a reliable measure of actual performance metrics.

Performance meets power: CPU at 70 c, GPU up to 60 c during gaming sessions.

Windows requires three minutes to load the lock screen. Performance is slow when PBO is turned on, with CPU at 70% and GPU at 60% during gaming.

4.0 4.1 4.2 GHz without pbo and I observed that my CPU and GPU never hit 60% usage while running GTA 5

Avoid enabling Pbo, as it might impact how the game runs. Would you notice a difference?
