This RAM isn't the best, but it's the most affordable 2x16 kit available in my area. It might be possible to boost its speed to 3600MHz.

Which nation are you from? The price of 3600 CL18 varies by country. RAM overclocking is possible, though it relies on your CPU and motherboard.

choose 3200Mhz if 3600 seems too costly, 3200 marks the ideal range, you might try pushing it up to 3600 if successful, otherwise I’ll stick with 3200 CL18 on my 5600 and everything runs smoothly so far. My OCd settings are from their rated 3000 to 3200 as well.

xmp isn't crucial since it fits into the standard xmps (3000-3600 c16-18). Any chip can work with a salvaged 8gbit Samsung die to a 16gbit revision (D9XPF) if you're aiming for overclocking. Do you have any OEM bare PCBs available? I suggest the HMA82G6JDR8N (8gbit Hyundai DRAM) and M378A2K43DB1 (8gbit Samsung die). They should handle clocks above 4400, though you might want to stick to 3800-4000 on most CPUs. Imc/Mobo limits could hit around 4600+, making stabilization difficult. Just use this as a test for OEM RAM, but in the worst case it'll be stuck at 3600. At least it's dual-rank. Otherwise, go with 3800-4000 or your max 1:1 fclk. Spoiler: I'm just showing this to OEM RAM teams. For the M378B2873GB0, 1Gbit dies at 3400C11 from 1333 (255% overclock), I do frequency tuning so I target specific bins like 3200/3600C14 or 4400+ (binned DRAM/rev). Those are built for overclocking and offer better results than bare PCBs. They're expensive, but if you hit 3800-4000 it's worth it. 3000-3600 C16-18 is basically the same; unbinned versions aren't necessary.
