I suggest anything outside your voltage range won't be the best choice for daily operation. You already have some solid dimming options, and this setup will still handle most of the 5800x latency and bandwidth needs. I might attempt to replicate these settings on my dimmers and see if lowering the voltage is feasible.

I think you probably can't run tRDRDSCL 2 and tWRWRCL 2 with the RAM you bought for your friends; they won't be able to do it. No posts, issues with stability, but it should work fine.

We'll need to adjust our approach since the SCL timings aren't available in the asrock timing tool. Perhaps we can target a 4400 cl16 configuration if we manage to fine-tune the settings for 4000.
