Path of Exile 2 limited to 80 points
So path of exile 2’s fps is max 82 and its locked for some reason , tried everything but no luck. Vsync is not on the game is set to default settings, checked files, reinstalled and set to vulkan which increased fps to 100 but got me stuck in loading screen. My specs are r7 7800x3d an rx 9070xt Msi mag b650 tomahawk wifi, corsair vengeance ddr5 6400 set to 6000mhz, kingston 2tb ssd nvme
Check the GPU/CPU graphs by pressing F1 once or twice. This will show you the bottleneck. If needed, run Intel PresentMon for additional data. What is your memory speed? Is it using dual-channel? Which in-game settings are active?
Dual channel at 6400mhz with standard configurations. The visuals remained consistent.
Yeah, but how long does it take on GPU and CPU in milliseconds? Which one slows things down? Default settings usually refer to the exact specs. Limiting factor could be screen resolution, FSR/XeSS status, or Intel PresentMon metrics. Make sure to verify RAM speed with CPU-Z and confirm it's actually running at 3200 MHz (6400 MT/s).
Turn on XMP in the BIOS settings, which should allow them to operate at 3200 MHz (roughly 6400 MT/s). Speeds higher than 6000 MT/s might not work well with your CPU, so you may need to reduce the speed slightly.
The update was supposed to reach 6000 but it's currently at 3000. The game is still running at 80 frames per second.
