During startup, the system prompts for a password but does not display any existing one. After three attempts, it displays a logo featuring System Disable with the identifier 2c96fc790a57e27. Following this, the service tag appears as 6q4vw1.

what requires a password? windows or the BIOS before it even boots into windows? are there other places where you're asked this?
what are the pc specifications?
have you made any modifications to the pc recently? has this been happening consistently or is it a new issue?
we require more details to try to understand what could be causing this. a screenshot would also be useful.
you can share it on platforms like imgr, then link here

That's a bios password. For that you'll have to contact the system manufacturer.

Generally, clearing a CMOS/BIOS password usually involves disconnecting the CMOS battery for about 30 seconds. If that fails, unplug the main power cord and remove the CMOS battery for 2 minutes. Sometimes, pressing a specific key combination right after turning on can also work. There might also be a visible CMOS jumper on the board. Checking the manufacturer's manual or website can provide many instructions on how to clear a BIOS/CMOS password.
