You’ve just installed a Pihole server but aren’t sure how to set up your Cisco Linksys E1200. The default credentials “admin” aren’t working, so you may need to change them or check the device settings. Factory resetting your router will erase all data and settings, including Wi-Fi and internet access, so be prepared to reconfigure everything from scratch.

It isn’t clear what you’re asking about. Could you clarify if you mean your Wi-Fi connections or something else? That way I can give you a more accurate answer.

Factory resetting a router clears all configuration and forces a fresh setup before you can connect to Wi-Fi or the internet. For many devices, this means starting over—your personal preferences will vanish, and you’ll need to re-enter network details unless you saved your firmware settings. I’m confident the Linksys e1200 lacks native wireless capabilities, as it’s uncommon for security reasons; most models require you to configure your own network.

Only the models designed for immediate use are covered here—no configuration changes needed to get started. For older devices, you’ll need to run setup manually; otherwise, no network connection will be available. I believe it’s safer to enable WI-FI setup first, as default credentials could expose your data to security threats from cybercriminals.
