I believe the tiny option is Recovery, though I don’t understand why it’s so small. It seems to warn me that if I mess with it, Windows 10 might not start at all? It would be a mistake to leave my files in that spot.
Use MiniTool Partition Wizard on Windows. Remove the second NTFS partition. Transfer small partitions to the end of the drive. Adjust size of the first NTFS partition. Confirm if this matches your intention (creating a single large partition). If you're only dealing with two small partitions and want two NTFS volumes, keep it as is. No issues with that configuration.
Reduce system partition size, relocate recovery to the left side, and adjust data dimensions. Maintain partition sequence.
