I dislike saying it, but during the SSD installation I dropped a tiny screw. I assumed it would be easy to pull out, but I couldn’t locate it. I turned my motherboard, and it seems stuck in the IO Panel...

Well time to take all apart and find it then. If ya power it on as is good chance things go poof

Locate and eliminate the screw carefully. It might not pose an issue at the moment, but it could shift later and connect the bridge leads. A single second of bridging can cause serious damage to your PC.
