I honestly don't know if this can be asked here, but I am desperate, I have been checking everything the whole day and cannot figure out what is wrong and I don't want to fail this module
I am following the instructions of the assignment from school, to configure pandora fms in my computer
I tried this, the exact same, in w11 and w10
So first I went to optional features and enabled snmp(In windows 11 I ran the powershell command) and verified that it is active and running
I configured a local group and IP, and then I downloaded Pandora FMS for windows and checked in services to confirm it is enabled, also checked the config file to confirm that it has the right info
And when I go to the server it times out(tried in Edge, Chrome, Vivaldi and Firefox)
I tried adding the IP address to the firewall and allowed it, just in case
I am beyond myself, have no idea what might be happening(Considering that I clean installed windows 10 on a laptop and only installed chrome, and it still failed) and I am hoping that you guys can tell me what might be causing this

What is the exact "time out" notification when the setup fails? Capture a screenshot and share it here via imgur (www.imgur.com).
Where did you obtain the Pandora FMS application? Was a download link or license provided by the school, or are you attempting to install the free trial?
Have you informed your instructor or the school's IT support about the server "time out" issue?
Are there any connection difficulties with other servers or websites? Are any other students experiencing timeout problems or similar issues?
What installation steps are you following? Do you have a manual reference?

Perhaps an incorrect version?
It seems there shouldn’t be any need to reinstall Windows or anything else, unless there are significant file corruption problems.
