I noticed you were hoping for a long-lasting solution that offers more than just comfort. Let me help with that.

I've just started using it, so I haven't had much time to assess its durability.

Chair plays a significant role, but overall health matters too. Try trimming excess, use massage for relief. A better setup isn’t just about the chair; adjust your posture. If desk work bothers you, step away or switch to a standing/walking desk. Limit sitting and take short breaks—work, move, stretch, then relax. I avoid standing desks because they strain my back. Same applies to ergonomic chairs for me. With long backs and legs, regular office chairs aren’t ideal. That’s why gaming-grade desks were popular once (I own a €700 executive chair).

If you spend nine hours daily gaming, consider shifting focus to activities needing physical activity for a few hours each day. Gaming is enjoyable, but balancing it with movement and purposeful choices will help you stay on track.

It's a great idea to start yoga. It boosts both your physical strength and mindfulness, helping with posture and overall well-being. I've begun practicing and seen significant changes.
