Enable auto-hide, then switch back to normal. This should assist. Or exit fullscreen and re-enter it.

I’m also facing problems with the taskbar on my Windows 10 computer. Instead of functioning normally, it freezes completely. You only realize it’s frozen when you try to use it or press the Windows key on the keyboard, since the start menu also stops working. Restarting the computer resolves the issue, but I’m sure others share this experience too.
