Technical question Hello, thanks for reaching out. I'm dealing with a major issue using Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018. As a video editor, I usually downscale videos from 4K to 1080p using Adobe Sequence and maximum rendering settings. It worked perfectly until recently when I tried it again and it stopped functioning. I attempted to downscale with another third-party tool, but the quality was poor. Also, when recording new videos in 1080p, everything runs smoothly without any issues. The problem arises when I switch to 1080p in Adobe Timeline—it fails to render the entire video. I don’t understand why this happens, even though I’ve shot a lot of 1080p footage without trouble. Rendering in and out takes about two hours, which is too long for my PC. My machine specs are: i5-9400F, 1660Ti, 8GB RAM, 2666MHz.

I think you're mainly using Premiere to reduce 4K resolution to 1080p, which is causing rendering problems. If that's the case, I'd just reinstall Premiere and check how it performs—Premiere often isn't stable and may need a fresh install to function properly.
