The issue began yesterday when I adjusted the DNS settings on my Wi-Fi router. After updating the addresses and saving, the device kept trying to connect but always displayed "connecting" with a yellow dot. When I corrected the entries, it still couldn’t reach the Internet. Switching back to the automatic DNS option didn’t help either. I then connected my PC directly to the modem instead of using the router, but that also failed. The problem persisted even with different Ethernet cables or on another laptop. When I pinged 8.8.8.8, it returned an error saying "Ethernet" had no valid IP configuration. I searched online and found commands like netsh winsock reset and ipconfig /flushdns, but they didn’t resolve the issue. My ISP representative suggested something was wrong on my side since they could see a connection to the modem. I’m struggling to figure out what went wrong, as my Internet worked fine before I changed the DNS settings. Please assist me.

I've already tried that; it didn't make a difference.

Reboot the modern as well. Can you show a screenshot of the router's interface where you changed the DNS IPs?
