Hey! Your setup seems to work fine on 2.4GHz but not on 5GHz. The issue might be related to signal strength or interference. You can try switching to 2.4GHz temporarily and see if the problem persists. Also, ensure your router is properly configured and within range. If it still doesn’t work, check for firmware updates on your modem or router.

It's not the problem, but I think the C6 isn't strong enough for 600Mbit. I used the C7 and it had trouble with 500Mbit over WiFi to LAN, let alone the internet.

Sorry for the low FPS, I had to use streamlabs on an Intel HD, the game runs well on my NVIDIA. You can notice I have internet via 5GHz Wi-Fi, I play the game, log in and lose internet connection but not the Wi-Fi. When I try 2.4GHz, I can log in and play. Someone suggested disabling IPv6, but that didn't help.

I own an MSI GS66 with this precise problem. My Wi-Fi (5GHz) functions perfectly, but it drops when I connect to any game. The 2.4GHz works just fine, though it's significantly slower. Have you discovered a solution?

If that's the situation... it's easy enough to swap the NIC card or the laptop itself. ...If this were my case, I wouldn't tolerate it. Should I discover that the motherboards' VRMs are terrible, I won't advise others to install unnecessary fans just to make it work. No, it's either fully functional right out of the box or it'll cause major issues. I'd go back and exchange it, or request a full refund, since you didn't receive what you paid for and it's not performing as expected. I don't think customers should be forced to repair faulty products on their own.

There appears to be a problem with newer Intel WiFi cards and some hardware setups. MSI laptops seem to be impacted, as I experienced the same issue with my MSI laptop using Intel AX201 WiFi. The latest Intel WiFi driver I found completely fixed the problem for me.

Sure, I'm ready. The main reason I haven't tried yet is that this is my first Windows computer. I've been using a Mac since August, so I thought Windows might have some issues like this that needed fixing. Thanks!

Did you remove the old driver first, or did you simply install this new one and start using it? I’m not very experienced with Windows computers or troubleshooting drivers. Thanks!

I've encountered the same problem with a Gigabyte Aorus 5 (using an Intel AX200). I replaced it with another unit thinking it was a hardware issue, but even then, I'm still facing the same challenges. Have you found a solution? I've been updating the latest Wi-Fi drivers, but nothing seems to work.

I'm facing the same issue after updating to version 10. I'm using the AC9560 and trying to replace the old model, but it's still having problems. It seems like the Wi-Fi driver and Windows updates might be the cause. Hope Microsoft or Intel can help resolve this.
