I’d bring it back to the ISP for guidance on using it. That’s beyond what most homeowners handle. The beige section should move up or down relative to the wing parts (as mentioned in a couple of posts). If you just want to extend an Ethernet cable, ordering a coupler from Amazon would be about $5. For runs longer than 328 feet, a powered repeater is necessary. That’s a big project, I don’t think it’s required unless you’re connecting to another building on a farm.
