I don't understand what to do. You tried picking up a small amount, but it didn't work. What options do you have? Should you continue gently brushing it like handling a CPU, or is there another approach?

Use a toothbrush to attempt removal, though the outcome relies on the type of thermal paste involved.

What kind of paste is used? If it isn’t conductive, it doesn’t really matter.

Really, I have no clue it was made by cyberpower before. I’d be open to testing a toothbrush, though—I’m just really scared haha.

It seems like the usual insulating thermal compound should work, unless you're overly concerned about appearance.

Really, I’m not sure. It was a pre-build by CyberPower, and when I placed the order, I had almost no idea about PCs (and honestly, I still don’t know much if I’m being honest, haha).

I understand you're looking to rephrase something. Could you clarify what you'd like me to change?

It seems you're likely not seeing it with the cooler on, so I'll probably leave it off. Thanks for your help!
